14-Day Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without following the return instructions provided by our customer support team may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must generally be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Free from stains, marks, odors or damage

• Returned with original tags and packaging where applicable

Please take particular care when trying on wedding dresses, bridal shoes and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized, customized, made-to-measure or specially altered products, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

For hygiene reasons, certain products may also be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Include:

• Your order number

• The item you wish to return

• The reason for your return

We will provide further return instructions if your item is eligible.

Please do not send a return to an address without first receiving return instructions from us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
